PA College Democrats

The Pennsylvania College Democrats (PACD) is the premier organization uniting college students across the state in the pursuit of progressive change! As an influential branch of the Pennsylvania Young Democrats, PACD is dedicated to empowering the next generation of leaders through advocacy, activism, and education. All members of PACD Chapters are automatically granted membership in PAYD and are represented on the PAYD Executive Committee by the PACD President.
